Product Introduction
Stainless steel sheets have a smooth surface and high plasticity, toughness, and mechanical strength. They are resistant to corrosion from acidic and alkaline gases, solutions, and other media. It is an alloy steel that does not easily rust, but it is not absolutely rust-proof. Stainless steel sheets refer to steel sheets resistant to corrosion from weak media such as atmosphere, steam, and water, while acid-resistant steel sheets refer to steel sheets resistant to corrosion from chemically corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts.
Features

Corrosion Resistance: Stainless steel sheets can form a passivation film (mainly composed of chromium oxide) on their surface, isolating them from external corrosive media. Ordinary stainless steel (such as 304 stainless steel) is resistant to atmospheric corrosion, steam, and water corrosion, but its resistance to strong acids (such as sulfuric acid and nitric acid) is limited. High Strength and Hardness: 400 series stainless steel (such as 440C) can reach a hardness of 58 HRC. Duplex stainless steel (such as S32760) has a yield strength exceeding 450 MPa and a tensile strength of 750~895 MPa.
Toughness and Ductility: Austenitic stainless steel (such as 304) has good plasticity and high elongation, making it suitable for stamping and bending processes.
