Product Introduction
Cold-rolled steel coils are steel products that have undergone a cold rolling process. Cold rolling is a manufacturing process in which hot-rolled steel is passed through rollers at room temperature, compressing and shaping it into thinner and more precise coils.
Common specifications
Thickness: 0.15mm~3mm (common 0.5mm~2.0mm).
Width: 600mm~2000mm (depending on the rolling mill capacity).
Coil weight: usually 5~30 tons/coil, inner diameter is mostly 508mm or 610mm.
Surface state: Matte (2B), bright (BA), rough surface (No.1), etc. are available.

Surface quality: no oxide scale, smooth and delicate, can be directly used for surface treatment such as spraying and electroplating.
Dimensional accuracy: small thickness tolerance (within ±0.02mm), suitable for precision processing.
