Product Introduction
Stainless steel woven wire mesh is a metal mesh material made from stainless steel wire through a weaving process. It possesses properties such as corrosion resistance, high strength, and high temperature resistance, and is widely used in industrial filtration, safety protection, and other fields. Stainless steel woven wire mesh mainly uses 304 and 316 stainless steel wire, and is manufactured using plain weave, twill weave, and Dutch weave processes. The mesh count ranges from 5 to 3200 meshes.

Stainless steel woven wire mesh is a mesh material made from stainless steel wire through a weaving process. It has the following characteristics:
Corrosion and High Temperature Resistance: Made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, it remains stable in high-temperature (850℃) and acid/alkali environments, meeting food-grade safety standards.
High Strength and Wear Resistance: The 316L material can withstand a pressure difference of 1000MPa. The woven wire mesh structure enhances wear resistance, making it suitable for precision filtration (17μm accuracy) and extreme working conditions.
Diverse Weaving Processes: Includes five weave processes such as plain weave, twill weave, and Dutch weave, with mesh counts ranging from 5-630 mesh. Customizable aperture and wire diameter ratios are available to meet various needs such as screening and filtration.
Environmentally Friendly and Hygienic: Food-grade material with no heavy metal leaching. Surface finish Ra≤0.8μm, meeting FDA/EC1935 standards, suitable for pharmaceuticals, food processing, and other fields.
Long Service Life: High-quality materials ensure a product lifespan of over 30 years. The high-density weaving structure enhances fatigue resistance, making it suitable for industrial protection, mining screening, and other applications.
