Product Introduction
Stainless steel filter mesh is a type of filter screen made of stainless steel, primarily used for filtering impurities from liquids or gases. The main materials used in stainless steel filter mesh include 304, 304L, 316, and 316L stainless steel, which possess properties such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
This product mainly uses stainless steel filter mesh, categorized by manufacturing process as follows:
By shape: rectangular, round, ring-shaped, rectangular, waist-shaped, and irregularly shaped.
By structure: single-layer mesh, multi-layer composite filter mesh, and combined filter mesh.
By number of layers: single-layer, double-layer, triple-layer, four-layer, five-layer, and multi-layer.
Main material: stainless steel filter mesh (20-800 mesh).
Features
Corrosion Resistance: Made of 304/316 stainless steel, it remains stable in corrosive environments such as acids, alkalis, and salts, making it suitable for chemical and food industries.
High Temperature Resistance: It can withstand temperatures up to approximately 480℃, suitable for filtration of molten materials and high-temperature conditions.Controllable Filtration Accuracy: A filtration accuracy of 5-80 microns can be achieved through a precision weaving process, with an impurity rejection rate of 99.97%.
High Mechanical Strength: The high hardness of the stainless steel material makes it resistant to deformation and can withstand significant working pressure.
Easy Cleaning and Maintenance: The single-layer structure facilitates backwashing or mechanical cleaning, reducing maintenance costs.

Vibrating Slag Discharge Filter: Employs a five-layer filter structure, processing capacity up to 5000 m³/h, filtration accuracy 0.1-2000μm.
