Product Introduction
Reno Mattress is a hexagonal metal mesh structure woven from low-carbon steel wire or plastic-coated steel wire. It is mainly used for anti-scour slope protection in areas such as water conservancy embankments, bank slopes, and roadbed slopes.
Features
Material: Galvanized steel wire, Galfan alloy steel wire, or PVC-coated steel wire, with surface treatment for enhanced corrosion resistance.
Mesh Design: Common mesh sizes are 60×80mm, 80×100mm, and 100×120mm. The mesh size must match the filler stone to prevent stone from falling out.
Flexible Size: Lengths of 3-6 meters, widths of 2 meters, and heights of 0.15-0.3 meters are available. Custom sizes are also available.
Ecological Function: Excellent permeability. After filling with stone, natural convection is generated, promoting water-soil exchange and supporting vegetation growth.
Flexibility: The flexible structure can adapt to foundation settlement or frost heave deformation, making it particularly suitable for complex terrain.
Easy Construction: The modular design allows for on-site assembly of the stone filling, increasing efficiency by over 50% compared to traditional concrete slope protection.
